Angry Dog Farms is a working farm and an agritourism entity under Texas law. Visiting, touring, and taking part in our workshops means being around live animals, uneven ground, tools, weather, and other conditions that carry inherent risk. By booking, you acknowledge the following notice, which Texas requires us to share:

WARNING: UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 75A, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE), AN AGRITOURISM ENTITY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY TO OR DEATH OF AN AGRITOURISM PARTICIPANT RESULTING FROM AGRITOURISM ACTIVITIES.

In plain terms: you take part at your own risk and agree that the farm and its staff are not liable for injury, death, or damage arising from the inherent risks of farm activities, except in the case of gross negligence. Please follow all posted signs and staff instructions while you are here.
