It started as a backyard garden. In 2021 we traded city living for ten acres in Hempstead, Texas.
No synthetic chemicals, hormones, or antibiotics on our animals. Just regenerative practices and patience.
Our poultry is pastured and raised on soy-free, non-GMO feed, right through to processing day.
We've kept bees for four years, and the hives work the orchard and garden right through the season.
