Welcome to the Farm

We started Angry Dog Farms because we wanted to grow food the slow way — by hand, in the dirt, with animals close enough to hear at sunrise. After three seasons of testing crops and dairy with neighbors, we're opening the gate.

Why we started

The short version: we missed knowing where our food came from. The longer version is a story about a goat, a sourdough starter named Penelope, and a half-finished barn we bought sight-unseen one rainy October. We'll tell that one another day.

What you can do here

Every Saturday we open the farm to visitors. There's a guided tour, a few hands-on workshops a season, and a small farm shop with eggs, herbs, and whatever else came in that week. Bookings are online; walk-ins welcome on open Saturdays.
