The meal starts in the garden. You'll pick your ingredients, clean and prep them, then spend the afternoon at our outdoor kitchen crafting a 3-course meal together. Our farm chef leads the class, but everyone cooks. We focus on letting the ingredient be the hero — minimal technique, maximum flavor.
The class ends with everyone sitting down to eat what they made together. That moment, every time, is something special.
