Farm Table Dinner Series
The meal starts in the garden. You'll pick your own ingredients, clean and prep them, then spend the afternoon at our outdoor kitchen crafting a 3-course meal together. Our farm chef leads the class, but everyone cooks — we keep the technique simple and let the ingredient do the talking. It ends the way it should: everyone sitting down together to eat what they made. That moment, every time, is something special. Pull up a chair for a three-course evening where good food, hands-on learning, and good company all happen at once, right here on the farm. Each dinner is hosted by a local farmer, baker, or food maker who guests get to know throughout the night — not just serving the meal, but sharing the story and skill behind it.
Together, you'll dig into seasonal ingredients and food traditions through interactive moments woven between courses, all built around a meal designed to slow you down and bring people together. Garden-to-Table Cooking Class
It's a different kind of evening — one centered on building real kitchen confidence. Each workshop focuses on a seasonal skill: sourdough, fermentation, grilling, knife work, pasta, preserving, and more. You'll learn directly alongside the teacher, practice the technique yourself, and taste your way through the season — all in a setting meant to feel relaxed, not like a classroom. Whether you're at the table or in the shop, every gathering depends a little on the weather and the time of year, which only adds to the charm.
