Sourdough From Scratch Workshop
There's a kind of quiet magic that happens when flour and water wake up. In this 3-hour, hands-on class, you'll build your understanding of wild yeast from the ground up — literally. We'll cover why sourdough works, how to feed and maintain a living starter, and how to mix, fold, shape, and score a beautiful loaf — plus the little things that make the difference between a dense loaf and an open, airy crumb.
This isn't a demo class. Your hands are in the dough the entire time. You'll bake your loaf at home and leave with your own pouch of active starter to keep alive, along with the confidence to keep baking long after class ends. No experience necessary — just a willingness to get a little flour on your hands.
